• What is Calm?

  Calm is a macOS app that lets you save links and images in one quiet place on your Mac. No account, no cloud, everything stays on your machine.

• Is my data safe?

  Yes. Everything you save in Calm lives locally on your Mac. Nothing is sent to a server, synced to the cloud, or shared with anyone. Ever.

• Do I need an account?

  No. Calm works straight out of the box with no signup, no login, and no email required.

• How do I save something?

  Open Calm and tap Add Link or Add Photo. That's it.

• How do I search my saves?

  Click the menu bar icon and type into the search bar at the top. Results appear instantly as you type.

• What happens if I delete the app?

  Your saves are stored locally on your Mac. Deleting Calm will remove your data so we recommend exporting before you uninstall.

• What macOS version do I need?

  Calm requires macOS 13 or later.

• The app isn't working, what should I do?

  Try quitting and reopening Calm. If the issue continues, contact us below and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
